These terms govern access to Greglinais documentation, load-bearing reports, and blueprint deliverables. They define the responsibilities of both parties when you commission structural analysis for logistics warehouses and factory buildings in Malaysia.
Greglinais provides structural engineering deliverables: technical blueprints, load-bearing calculations, and compliance assessments for industrial buildings. Each engagement is defined by a written scope document that lists the specific structures covered, the applicable Malaysian standards, and the expected delivery format. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written amendment.
You are responsible for providing accurate site survey data, existing structural records, and intended usage details for the warehouse or factory. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay the analysis and can affect the validity of the final report. You must also secure the necessary permits and permissions for site access before our engineers visit.
Reports and drawings are delivered in the format stated in the scope document, typically PDF and DWG. You have fourteen calendar days to review the deliverables and request clarifications. After this period, the work is considered accepted unless you have raised a specific technical issue in writing. Revisions requested after acceptance are treated as a new scope item.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Greglinais is not liable for indirect damages, including construction delays, lost production, or costs arising from site conditions that were not disclosed before the analysis. The load-bearing calculations apply only to the building configuration described in the final report; any structural modification voids the analysis.
All drawings, calculation notes, and reports remain the intellectual property of Greglinais until the final invoice is settled. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project named in the scope. You may not resell or redistribute the engineering documents without our written consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with fourteen days written notice. If you terminate after work has started, you are billed for the completed portion of the analysis. Greglinais may suspend work if site access is blocked, required information is not provided, or invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in Malaysian building regulations or our service structure. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after a revision means you accept the updated terms. For questions about this document, contact us at info@greglinais.com or +60 17 414 8014.
