We came back to Greglinais for the second phase of our distribution hub in Shah Alam. The first build was a 40,000-square-meter warehouse with a mezzanine floor for picking operations. When we needed to add a cold storage annex and a separate loading dock structure, the original load calculations had to be revisited. Greg's team re-ran the column and foundation checks against the new roof equipment and the heavier insulated panels. They flagged a weak point in the existing transfer beam before we poured any concrete. That saved us a rework cycle that would have pushed the schedule by at least six weeks. The revised blueprints were issued with clear revision notes, and the contractor on site said the drawings were the cleanest he had worked with in years.
